In such cases, you must provide evidence of the damage (e.g., photos) within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchange Policy:
Books can only be exchanged if they remain unsealed and in their original condition. To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Shipping costs for returning the book to us will be borne by the customer.
